BMCC Event Ticket Refund/Transfer Policy

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will be provided, minus any online credit card fees, up to 48 hours prior to the event.
2. To request a refund, you must contact Teresa at the Basque Museum at 208-343-2671.
3. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
4. Tickets will not be refunded less than 48 hours prior to the event. We thank you for your donation.

*Tickets purchased through Bonfire are not refundable.

Transfer Policy:

1. Ticket transfers will be permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event.
2. To request your ticket to be transferred to another person, you must contact Teresa at the Basque Museum at 208-343-2671.
3. Tickets cannot be transferred less than 48 hours prior to the event.

*Tickets purchased through Bonfire are transferable up to 48 hours prior to event.
