Join us for a night of wine, food, and friends as Chef Asier leads a talo cooking class. We serve talo and chorizo for our Eguberriko Azoka and the crowds love it! Now is the time to learn to make it for your guests at home!
Class will begin at 6pm where Chef Asier will demonstrate how to prepare talo and then we will cook them to eat with delicious, fresh, and authentic Basque Chorizo.
What is Talo?
Talo is a traditional Basque Corn Flatbread made from corn flour, water, and salt and cooked on a hot metal plank. Talo is more than food- it is a symbol of Basque identity and rural tradition. It is enjoyed at festivals, family gatherings, or on the street. It is a simple and cherished part of Basque cuisine.
