Informative? Yes. A bit spooky? Perhaps.
Join us for a tour of the Basque section of the Morris Hill Cemetery this Halloween season, where you will be introduced to the stories and history of the Basque souls that lie 6 feet under.
This tour will be led by Patty Miller, the Community History Director at the Basque Museum and a wealth of historical knowledge.
This tour might be a bit spooky in nature, but is in fact family friendly and all ages are encouraged to attend. We will also supply Halloween goodies and hot cider. Coming in costume is not discouraged, after all, it is Halloween.
This event is LIMITED TO 50 ATTENDEES to comply with CDC guidelines on social gathering. All participants will be required to wear a mask and stay socially distanced. (Don’t worry, we will bring speakers). ALL attendees 12 years and older are required to purchase a ticket so that we are able to accurately determine the size of the crowd. Event subject to change to follow CDC guidelines.
October 29, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Meet at the Morris Hill Cemetery Parking Lot.
