The Basque communities in Idaho have a long history of banding together and lending a helping hand to those in need. As this holiday season approaches, we, at the museum, would like to answer the call to help any families or individuals who may need food assistance. In partnership with the Idaho Food Bank, we will be collecting shelf-stable items from October 30- November 20. You may drop off items anytime during regular business hours or schedule a time if needed. The items most needed are proteins, canned vegetables, grains,  canned fruits, pantry staples, and even some basic necessities like soap and laundry detergent. Any and all donations are appreciated. Bring in a donation and get a voucher for $1 off of museum admission.
