Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be provided, minus any online credit card fees, up to 48 hours prior to the event.
- To request a refund, you must contact Teresa at the Basque Museum at 208-343-2671.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
- Tickets will not be refunded less than 48 hours prior to the event. We thank you for your donation.
*Tickets purchased through Bonfire are not refundable.
Transfer Policy:
- Ticket transfers will be permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event.
- To request your ticket to be transferred to another person, you must contact Teresa at the Basque Museum at 208-343-2671.
- Tickets cannot be transferred less than 48 hours prior to the event.
