Mini Course II: Basque Gastronomy

Mini Course 2: This course is a continuation of Mini Course I. Designed for students who already have the basics of the language (by attending Mini Course I or not) this course goes deeper into Basque culture, with emphasis on euskal gastronomy, increasing students’ linguistic level through real life listening/video activities. Come and learn the secrets of euskal recipes!!!!
Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to interact with one of the key aspects of local traditions and go beyond Euskara by learning much more than the language itself. Surveys, competitions, games, and awards included in the course.
